Victoria has been curating and directing the salon for the past 35 years, bringing an exceptional wealth of experience and expertise. From complex, bespoke colours, to precision cutting and styling across all hair lengths, she has a passion for creating looks that are both beautifully considered and completely individual to each client. As a Kérastase Care Coach, Victoria is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hair care and regularly travels to be involved in exclusive Kérastase brand events. Her extensive knowledge, creativity and commitment to continued education ensure that every client receives an experience shaped by expertise, care and a true passion for hair.

With almost 10 years at the salon, Sophie has established experience working with all hair lengths, styles and textures. She particularly loves creating beautiful colour transformations, always taking the time to understand exactly what her clients are looking for. Known for her friendly and chatty personality, Sophie loves building a genuine connection with her clients and making every salon visit feel relaxed and enjoyable.

SOPHIE CHEFFEY
Stylist
Sophie has been part of the salon team since 2022 and has significantly grown her portfolio of services since completing her NVQ Levels 1 and 2. She has developed a particular passion for colouring and cutting, with a focus on longer hair and beautiful, dimensional highlights. Sophie also enjoys creating lovely looks for younger clients, making children’s haircuts a relaxed and enjoyable experience. With her calm and friendly approach, Sophie creates a welcoming atmosphere where clients can feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their appointment.

LILLIE HILL
Apprentice Stylist
Lillie is currently completing the Level 2 Hairdressing course whilst spending 4 days in the salon gaining valuable experience. She has a natural talent for creating beautiful blow-dries and is becoming increasingly confident with straight cuts. She has gained a strong understanding of regrowth applications and full-head colour, while also developing her skills in highlights and hair-ups. With her enthusiasm and growing expertise, she is continuing to build a fantastic range of skills as she progresses through her training.

Matilda has recently completed her Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, further expanding her skills and expertise across a wide range of treatments. With a natural eye for beauty, she takes the time to understand each client and recommend treatments that complement their individual features and style.
She is experienced in waxing, facials, and luxury manicures and pedicures, with nails being one of her favourite treatments to create. She is also now offering the increasingly popular lash and brow laminations, adding another exciting treatment to her growing skill set.

Saranne has recently celebrated 20 years working at our salon, she has been a familiar and valued stylist over the past two decades. She has a passion for cutting techniques and is confident at restyling/refreshing hair . She is always updating her skills with the latest fashion trends and techniques. Saranne is one of our two freelance hair stylist who offer extensions. With - experience in extensions she has five different methods of fitting. Saranne enjoys doing special occasion hair and party up dos whilst also being trained in men's cutting and Loreal Colour Keys.

Gemma has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Gaining experience working in salons, on cruise ships and lecturing. Gemma and her cliental joined Victoria Hair and Spa in 2019 and has been an excellent addition to the salon. She is passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of hairdressing and continues learning and evolving in this ever changing industry. Always a friendly welcome, and keen to offer advice on all aspects on hairdressing skills and techniques.

Sharon is an accomplished stylist with over 36 years experience in hairdressing, with a wide skill set she enjoys all aspects of cutting, colouring and perming. Sharon also won stylist of the year for Somerset in November 2023 at the prestigious Salon awards in London.

Hattie is a newly self-employed hairdresser with 5 years of experience. She loves creating bright, lived-in blondes and dimensional brunettes. She loves keeping on top of current trends and tailoring each look to suit her client. She offers tape, nano, and weft hair extensions to help clients achieve their dream hair. She’s also trained in the Cocochoco Keratin Treatment for helping to smooth and strengthen hair for long-lasting, healthy results. Super friendly and easy to chat to, Hattie focuses on creating a relaxed, personalised experience, so every client leaves feeling confident and happy with their hair.
