Cancellation/No show policy
CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS
We will do our best not to cancel or re-arrange your appointments and to run to time. We really appreciate you doing the same.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel or rearrange an appointment. When possible please give us at least 48 hours notice or a cancelation fee will apply. We will always take into consideration the circumstances before doing so.
It is very difficult to fill appointments at short notice, but if we do we will not charge you a cancellation fee.
PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE
A payment in advance towards the cost of your service or treatment is requested to book all appointments at our salon. This is subject to a admin fee of £2.00 if requested back by the client.
The payment on account will be taken when you book your appointment and will be taken off your bill when you pay for the service or treatment you have received. The advanced payment will be carried over for a future appointment, as long as you give us the required notice. In the event of failing to arrive for the appointment or not giving the required notice the payment on account will be retained as a cancellation charge.
If we are able to fill the appointment, we will put it towards the cost of your next appointment.
The advanced payment will be fully refunded if a service or treatment is unsuitable for you or cannot be provided for any reason.
KEEPING TO TIME
If you are running late, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the full service or treatment, the full cost of the original appointment will still be payable.
