We are changing the way we book clients in.

From the 1st April 2022 all bookings with our employed stylists will require a payment on account to make a new appointment. This is a positive move towards freeing up hours of lost appointments and minimising admin time chasing payments.

We appreciate some of you may not like the changes we are making but we are confident that it is the best move for us as a business and that ultimately the customer will gain in the end allowing us to offer increased appointment space and availability. 

Payments on account will be taken at the time of all bookings, this will be a percentage or set amount towards the total fee. This can be made via cash, debit or credit card or payment link. We are no longer able to take provisional bookings.

We have trialled this on our online booking since December and it has proven to be very effective in ensuring clients give notice of cancellation and significant reductions in no shows. 

We will be updating our cancellation policy in accordance with the changes.
