Can I make a provisional booking ? Unfortunatley we are unable to make provisional booking's. Your £50.00 deposit is redeemable against your trial if you do not wish to proceed with the booking.
How far will you travel ?
Our £50.00 call out covers a 30 minute travel distance or 1 hr return, this cost is based on appointment time we are losing in the salon. We are always happy to discuss longer distances and would pre agree a cost for travel.
Do I need more than one stylist ?
This depends on how many people we have to style in your bridal party and what time you need to be ready by. We allow 2 hrs for bridal hair and make up, 45 minutes for special occasion hair, 30 minutes for a blow-dry or curls and 45 minutes for make up.
Can I amend my booking ?
You can amend your booking up to one month prior to your wedding date, we cannot guarantee you are able to add more services if we have other bookings in the salon after your wedding.
Can I arrange for guests to be styled ?
We have a team of stylists in our salon and are always happy to accommodate you as much as we can. We suggest they contact the salon directly to arrange appointments.
When do we wash are hair ?
Unless your hair becomes oily overnight we advise you wash it the night before. Blow-drys are best washed in the morning, we can always dampen down with water if it's dried.
If you are coming into the salon blow-drys will be shampooed at the back washes.
When should I book my trial ?
We usually recommend around 6 weeks before or whenever you would prefer to have one, trials take place in our salon.
Can I bring friends and family along to my trial ?
You are welcome to bring along a friend or family member.
Can I book pre treatments such as nails, spray tan?
Yes, we offer an extensive range of treatments, most of these would take place in the salon before your wedding day. We can also arrange for beauty therapists to visit your venue if required. You need to contact the salon directly on 01278 427111.
